The Sports Presentation Company – the UK’s leading creative sports event production and delivery agency – are looking to expand our network of freelance sports presentation floor managers and show callers to support our increase in domestic and international event clients.
A successful, punchy, creative and fun business to work for, Sports Pres are experienced with multi-sport games, major stadium events, travelling ‘world’ series, federation and branded live events, and are globally respected for live sports event delivery. Following strict sporting protocols and broadcast demands – our engaging programs enhance live events through delivery of multi-media content production, large scale branded choreography, venue design & hardware installation, fan experience, fan zone, sponsor activation and event-led social media campaigns.
Candidates must have active and broad experience specific to delivering televised live sporting events, in the capacity of a floor manager or show caller – and have ideally worked on events with ceremonial elements, trophy awards, access to athletes, artistic performance and on-screen talent.
Show Callers must be confident in both creating and executing complicated running orders, and be able to manage large multi-disciplined teams, tying together several live and pre-recorded A/V elements and in-venue performances, to explicit timings. Flexible, personable, organised and detail-orientated, the right candidates should have steady nerves and a good sense of humour.
Floor Managers must be forward-thinking and have the ability to solve problems under pressure, while having an air of calm authority. Excellent communication skills are paramount, to receive, interpret and convey information accurately and concisely. We welcome candidates who have experience in floor managing TV, fan experiences, fan zones, sponsor activations and live corporate events / conferences.
